Its birth dates back to 1889 and its creator Hamilton Carhartt founded it with the intention of providing work clothes that were defined as durable, quality and comfortable. Under the motto “Honest value for an honest dollar”, the company founded in Detroit supplied factories throughout the US with extra-quality work clothes, specializing in fabrics such as denim and canvas. Almost a hundred years later and renewed with the acronym WIP (Work In Progress), Carhartt landed in Europe with great acceptance. Since then, Carhartt WIP has been one of the great urban brands that has been able to successfully capture the trends of the street with those of the catwalk, always with its high quality standards very present.
