🔸DO I NEED TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

  • A user account is optional. It is not necessary to create a user account to buy in our online store.
  • We will ask you for the strictly necessary data to process the order.
  • We never sell, give away, or rent your data to anyone.

🔸 WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO I HAVE?

We offer you different payment options:
VISA, MasterCard, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amex...
We do not accept cash on delivery or bank transfers as a method of payment. We also take security very seriously, so your data will be safe with us.
All credit or debit card holders are subject to validation and authorization by both us and the card issuer, to maintain security and prevent fraud.

🔸 WOULD I LIKE TO MODIFY MY ORDER?

You can modify the items you have in the cart at any time. Once the payment is made, the items are removed from stock and we begin the process to send them to you as soon as possible. But we are always happy to help you, write to us at freestyleshoplloret@gmail.com with your order number and explain what happened.

🔸 HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

In the confirmation email of your order you can find the tracking number and the company with which we have made the shipment. All shipments to Spain and the rest of the world have this tracking service.

🔸 CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

You can make the change before making the purchase. Unfortunately, the shipping address cannot be changed once your order has been placed.
Although if you send us an e-mail to freestyleshoplloret@gmail.com informing of the change of address before the package has left our facilities, it will not be a problem to change it.

🔸 PICK UP IN STORE.

You can pick up your order 6 hours after your purchase.
When your purchase is ready, we will send you an e-mail with the confirmation so that you can come and get it.

🔸 DO YOU HAVE MORE PRODUCTS THAN ARE ON THE WEB?

All the items shown online are also available in our physical store in Lloret de Mar.
Therefore, it is a good way to check in the online store if there is stock of the article of your interest.
Although, in a physical store you can have different garments and promotions.
We will wait for you!

🔸 TAXES, CUSTOMS AND TARIFFS

If you have requested the shipment of a product outside the European Union, it may be subject to taxes, fees or duties due to local laws or customs regulations.

The person to whom the order is addressed is responsible for all customs laws for the importation of products, and must pay the additional charge required for international delivery. That include import duties, customs fees and other taxes or tariffs that apply outside the European Union.
The person receiving the order, not the person placing the order, will receive a separate request for payment of these charges. If you have requested the purchase of products to be delivered to another person, make sure that the person in question is informed about the payment of the required fees.

Unfortunately, FREESTYLE LLORET does not have control over these charges and cannot predict the amount to be paid, so we cannot offer assistance in these processes. We recommend that you check the import taxes applicable to any country outside the European Union before the products are delivered.
You (or the recipient of the products, if it is someone else) will be responsible for paying the charges for all international deliveries of products. If the order is blocked at customs, the recipient must contact their local customs office. customs and pay any additional charges or taxes required to release the merchandise.
FREESTYLE LLORET cannot carry out this process on your behalf.

The Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are not part of the customs territory of the EU, so shipments may be subject to taxes and/or customs duties to which the same conditions mentioned above apply.

🔸 LET'S TALK ABOUT VAT

You can formalize the payment of your products in the selected currency. Banks or international credit card providers (excluding Spain and the European Union), will make a decision on the exchange rate, and may add an additional charge that must be paid by the holder of the card with which the purchase has been made.
All products shown in our online store include VAT applicable to Spain. Unfortunately, we do not refund VAT requests for those customers who wish to request a VAT refund on orders outside the European Union.

RETURNS

🔸 AN ITEM IS MISSING FROM MY ORDER

We are not perfect and it can happen that we forget to pack a garment and we apologize for the inconvenience.
Let us know as soon as possible at freestyleshoplloret@gmail.com and we will send it as soon as possible without additional charges.
Hey! We are old enough to consider ourselves half wise and we already know each other, but we are very confident in our work and we make sure that each package has its clothes.

🔸 I HAVE RECEIVED AN INCORRECT ITEM IN MY ORDER

In case you have received an incorrect item (we are so sorry!), send us an email to freestyleshoplloret@gmail.com indicating the order number and the nature of the fault. Once we verify it, we will send our collection company. Once your item is received we will proceed to send you your order again and we will send it to you at no additional charge.

  • You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your purchase to make claims.

🔸 I HAVE RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE ITEM

We apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused you if you received a defective product.

We want to resolve any issues related to defective products immediately, so please contact our Customer Service team freestyleshoplloret@gmail.com as soon as you discover the defect of the item.

Please provide us with as much information as you can such as your order number, what the defective product is, and a description of the defect, as well as whether you prefer a refund or replacement (at no additional cost to you).

As soon as you do so, a member of our Customer Service team will contact you with a solution.

🔸 HOW CAN I CHANGE MY ITEM?

We do not make changes. If you need another size, color or product, you can make a new purchase and we will refund the item you do not want.

🔸 CAN I GO TO THE LLORER DE MAR STORE AND CHANGE THE PRODUCT I CHANGED?

If it is a change of size (not of product), you can make it immediately in the store, as long as the price of the item does not change, and we have stock. You will not be able to exchange a product for a different one in the store, you must request a refund of the original product and make a new purchase.

🔸 HOW CAN I RETURN MY ITEM?

First of all, write to us at freestylelloret@gmail.com with your order number and tell us what you want to return.

  • You have 14 days to return your order. The fourteen calendar days begin the day after receiving your order. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.
  • There are a series of items that are exempt from return. These are swimsuits, underwear, socks and hats.
  • Shipping costs to return a product are on your account.
  • It is your responsibility that the product reaches us in perfect condition.
  • The customer is responsible for the charges associated with the shipment of the item (shipping reimbursement will only be made during the 14 calendar days after the purchase)

We try to accept all returns. Returns must still have the original labels but do not have to be in the same packaging in which it was delivered to you. However, it is your responsibility to ensure that the returned items are packaged well enough so that they are not damaged on the way to us. In the hypothetical case that an item is returned to us in inappropriate conditions, we will send it back to you. In this case, we will not process the refund. It is your responsibility that the return reaches us.

Once we have the item(s) we can start with the refund that will be processed within 10 business days. Once the return package is received, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your return and the refund is accepted or rejected. This process can take up to 28 days. The refund will be made through the original payment method. Please allow up to 28 days for your refund to be completed. If for any reason we are unable to issue a refund to your original payment method, we will contact you to arrange an alternative payment method.
